Editor in Chief received the research from researchers and send it to reviewers (2 at least as the journal is using double-blind processes) for 15 days to review the research then received the research if accepted resend to the researchers to make the changes of reviewers, format the journal and received the researches from researchers, editorial board to review the format of the journal and the final decision for accepting the research then give the acceptance certificate for researches.
